ice spicy salad
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of young mango, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 100 grams of pink water, seeded, cut lengthwise
- 100 grams of pineapple, cut into thin lengthwise
- 100 grams of yam, cut into thin lengthwise
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 1 liter of water
- 4 pieces of red chili, seeded
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 2 eyes tamarind
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons vinegar cooking
- Mix the mango, guava water, pineapple and yam. Set aside.
- Boil water until boiling. Enter your sugar, stir until dissolved. Enter the mashed ingredients, stirring until boiling. Enter the fruit mixture into it, add vinegar. Stir until the spices soak, lift. Let cool.
- Pour batter ice salad into it, then save it in the fridge. Remove and serve immediately.
