Nasi Jinggo (Bali)
Complementary:
- White Rice
- Dried Tempe
- Chicken glutton
- Serundeng
- Sero sauce
- Sero sauce
- 5 pcs curly red chili, chopped
- 10 pcs red chillies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil

- Saute peppers and shrimp paste until fragrant. Remove and puree.
- Heat the remaining oil, put chili and shrimp paste that is smooth, add salt and sugar and cook until cooked.
Serundeng Ingredients:
- 1 point and a half old coconut, peeled, grated coarse
- 2 cm galangal bruised
- 2 stalk lemongrass bruised
- 2 bay leaves
- 150 ml water
- 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 8 pcs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 btr hazelnut
- 1 / 2 teaspoon tamarind
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- Cook coconut, spices, galangal, lemon grass, and bay leaves, stirring until blended.
- Add water and sugar,cook until browned coconut.
- Insert the cooking oil, reduce heat.Cook, stirring frequently, until spices to infuse.
