Apricot Pastries

Ingredients:

Topping Ingredients:
  1. 30 g coarse sugar
Directions:
  1. Beat brown sugar and margarine 45 seconds. Add egg yolks. Beat smooth.

  3. Add apricots, cinnamon and cashew nuts. Mix well.
