Balado beef jerky recipes
Material:
Makes 4 servings
Tips: Meat for jerky should be cut with the transverse fibers for easy tender. Jerky should not be directly mixed with the sauce, but cooled in advance and stored in jars. As will be presented, sang new mixed with chili sauce.
- 500 grams of beef
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- To taste Oil for frying
- 15 large red chilies
- 10 cloves shallots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Discard fat and veins exist in meat, thinly sliced crosswise meat fibers. Mix meat, lemon juice and salt, knead.
- Drying meat cuts earlier in the sun or baked in the ove it to dry.
- Fried slices of meat over low heat until crisp, remove and drain.
- Coarse mashed chili and onion, add salt and lime juice, and stir-fry until wilted.
- Insert meat that had been fried, stir well, remove and serve.
