Halloween Fruit compote

Ingredients:
  1. 1 kg pumpkin 
  2. 200 gr brown sugar + 200 ml boiled water filter 
  3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  4. 1 teaspoon salt 
  5. 1 sachet vanilla 
  6. 1000 ml thick coconut milk 
  7. 2 lb pandan leaves

Method:

  1. Cleaned pumpkin seeds and skins discarded pieces of laundry to clean the box, set aside. 
  2. Boil coconut milk pumpkin entries, add salt, vanilla, pandan leaves, sugar, brown sugar solution to boil and cook until cooked. 
  3. Place the compote to a bowl ready to serve.
