Chocolate Caramel Cake Recipe

- 460 gr sugar
- 100 gr water
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 eggs egg white
- 140 gr flour
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 100 g butter, melted
- 50 g sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 500 ml of liquid milk
- Heat 300 gr granulated sugar until the caramel, pour water and stir until thick
