Chicken Kapitan

Spicy Chicken curry coconut milk are similar. Thick gravy, savory and fragrant. Can be eaten with white rice but also delicious bread dicocol with nets. Anyway deh really fit as a dish in the Hari Raya and also provide exceptional taste .. hmm .. Yummy

Ingredients: 

  1. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 500 grams of chicken meat, cut into pieces
  3. 500 ml coconut milk
  4. 2 tablespoons Nestlé Dancow full cream, dissolved with 100 ml water
Mashed Material:
  1.  6 units of red chilli
  2. 6 red onions
  3. 4 cloves garlic
  4. 4 items hazelnut
  5. 1 cm turmeric
  6. 1 stalk lemongrass, take the white part, thinly sliced
  7. 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
  8. ½ teaspoon pepper granules
  9. 2 pieces of Flavor Chicken Maggi ® Block
  10. ½ teaspoon sugar
Material topping:
2 tablespoons fried shallots
 
How to prepare:
1. Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, stirring until stiff and discolored.
3. Pour coconut milk and cook sauce until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
4. Serve warm and sprinkle with fried shallots as a complement.

Tips:
- In addition to chicken meat can be used chicken pieces that are still reinforced.
- To use the sauce not too thick coconut milk that is, not too thick. Can be made from grated coconut ½
