  4. Avoid white flour. Avoid white flour from foods such as bread, cakes, and pasta. These foods are rich in sugar and karbohidart. If you want to eat bread or pasta, choose whole grain bread and pasta. 
  5. Breakfast in the morning. This works wake up and speed up your metabolism throughout the day. But, be sure to choose healthy breakfast like foods from whole grains, fruits and vegetables rich in fiber. 
  6. Consumption of spicy foods. Season your diet by eating spicy foods. A study proves that eating spicy foods can burn calories. 
  7. Consumption of small portions of food throughout the day. Be sure to add the frequency of eating with smaller portions. This will prevent you from overeating due to hunger at mealtimes. Try eating a few pieces of apple mixed with low-fat cheese in the morning and eat some celery sticks with peanut butter in the afternoon.
