TEMPE TOFU curry recipes quail eggs

Ingredients:
  1. 200 grams tofu, cut into the box, half-baked fries 
  2. 200 grams tempeh, cut into the box, half-baked fries
  3. 25 quail eggs, boiled, peeled 
  4. 1 bunch basil, leaves take 
  5. 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 butirkelapa
Blend:
  1. 8 cloves shallots 
  2. 6 cloves garlic
  3. 8 pieces red chili curly
  4. 3 cm turmeric 
  5. 2 cm ginger 
  6. 2 cm galangal 
  7. ½ tsp coriander, toasted 
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
Other spices:
  1. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed 
  2. 1 sheet turmeric leaf 
  3. 5 lime leaves 
  4. 2 pieces of acid kandis 
  5. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
How to Make Tofu Recipes Tempe curry Quail Eggs:
  1. Saute spices smoothed with lemongrass until fragrant. Enter the coconut milk and other ingredients, stirring until boiling. 
  2. Enter tofu, tempeh and quail eggs, cook over low heat until the spices to infuse. Add basil, stir briefly. Remove and serve.
Makes 4 portions
