Sero sauce Ingredients:
  1. 5 pcs curly red chili, chopped 
  2. 10 pcs red chillies, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon shrimp paste 
  4. ½ teaspoon salt 
  5. ½ tsp sugar
  6.  4 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions:
  1. Saute peppers and shrimp paste until fragrant. Remove and puree. 
  2. Heat the remaining oil, put chili and shrimp paste that is smooth, add salt and sugar and cook until cooked.
Serundeng

Serundeng Ingredients:

  1. 1 point and a half old coconut, peeled, grated coarse 
  2. 2 cm galangal bruised 
  3. 2 stalk lemongrass bruised 
  4. 2 bay leaves 
  5. 150 ml water
  6. 2 ½ tablespoons sugar 
  7. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Subtle Seasonings:
  1. 1 tablespoon coriander 
  2. 8 pcs onion
  3. 3 cloves garlic
  4. 2 btr hazelnut 
  5. 1 / 2 teaspoon tamarind 
  6. 4 tablespoons brown sugar 
  7. 1 ½ tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Cook coconut, spices, galangal, lemon grass, and bay leaves, stirring until blended. 
  2. Add water and sugar,cook until browned coconut. 
  3. Insert the cooking oil, reduce heat.Cook, stirring frequently, until spices to infuse.
