Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe
Material:
- 4 servings of white rice (select an inflammation)
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 cloves garlic
- 100 grams onions, finely chopped
- ½ pineapple peeled, heart, small sliced lengthwise
- 6 sticks of chicken sausage / beef, sliced thin round
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tsp pepper powder
- 3 tsp fine salt
- 10 pieces of button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced.
- Heat one tablespoon oil gorenf, enter the egg.
- Make scrambled eggs until cooked. Lift set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add pineapple and sausage, then saute until softened.
- Add rice, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir and cook until well blended spices. Add green onions and scrambled eggs. Stir again until smooth. Lift.
