Recipes Chicken Noodles Interference

Material:
  1. 1 liter of water, to boil noodles

Soup noodle:

  1. 500 ml chicken broth 
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame oil 
  3. 1 tablespoon garlic oil chicken, ready-made 
  4. 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  5. 1 teaspoon salt 
  6. ½ teaspoon pepper 
  7. ½ teaspoon of instant chicken broth
 Topping:
  1. 2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing 
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame oil 
  3. 350 grams of chicken meat, cut into small dice 
  4. 6 cloves garlic, crushed 
  5. 4 red onions, puree 
  6. 3 pieces of red chilli, mashed 
  7. 150 ml water 
  8. 1 tsp ginger juice     
  9. 2 tbsp oyster sauce 
  10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  11. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  12. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  13. ½ tsp sugar 
  14. 1 teaspoon salt
  15. ½ tsp pepper powder
  16. 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in little water 
  17. 100 g mushroom, sliced ​​lengthwise

Complement:

  1. 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced 
  2. 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced 
  3. 5 pieces of ready-made dumpling skins, fried
  4. 8 pieces beef meatballs, cut crosses, boiled in broth until cooked noodle 
  5. fried onions to taste, for sprinkling
How to make chicken noodle mix recipes:
  1. Boil the noodle boiling water with a little cooking oil. Enter the egg noodle, then tutup.Diamkan for 10 minutes until slightly cooked but not mushy. Drain and set aside. Boil mustard greens, with water remaining noodle stew. remove and set aside. 
  2. Soup: Bring to a boil chicken broth. Enter the sesame oil, garlic chicken, garlic, salt, pepper and chicken stock powder. Mix well. Remove and set aside. 
  3. Topping: Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil. Saute garlic, red onion and chilli until fragrant. Enter the minced chicken breast, cook until it changes color. Add ginger juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Enter the mushrooms, cornstarch solution, and slices of mushroom. Mix well. Cook until done, and the sauce thickens. Remove and set aside. 
  4. Presentation: set noodle and mustard into a bowl. Serve hot with sauce, sprinkle with scallions, celery, fried dumplings, beef meatballs, and fried onions.
