Salad recipes FISH FUEL
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
- 450 grams of snapper fillets, diced
- 2 eggs take lime water
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 10 pieces of cayenne pepper, roughly chopped
- 10 pieces of chili pepper, thinly sliced
- 5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 piece of red chili, seeded, finely sliced
- 100 grams of meat shaved young mango fruit
- 3 grains of lime, take the water
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 pieces of lettuce bowl, in tatters
